His migrant journey

His support network map

In developing his business, he found help in a friend who mentioned that there is an arbitration body that checks within the first two years of setting up a business if the rent of a shop corresponds to its location and furnishing/facilities. Fortunately, Mr Radonjic had made pictures when moving in, which served as proof. The arbitration body found that the rent was 80% inflated and he received the money back. He was also helped by the Chamber of Commerce that provided basic information about setting up a business in Austria.
